Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Armaf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase; if you are not happy with your order, items can be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unopened packaging. Due to hygiene standards in the beauty industry, we cannot accept returns for products that have been unsealed or used.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- 2.Pack Securely
Place the unopened fragrance in its original box and use protective padding to ensure the bottle does not break during transit.
- 3.Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label or ship via your preferred carrier to our distribution center, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking information.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
